Turkey pickups will be the weekend before thanksgiving for all drop-off locations
Let one of our free-range turkeys be the centerpiece at your holiday feast!
Our turkeys are 100% free-range and fed locally-grown and milled grain. In addition to fresh pasture, they spend a great deal of time in our apple orchard–consuming fallen apples, bugs and other tasty treats.
Since our birds live on pasture and their muscles get a lot of use, they tend to have slightly more texture than those raised in confinement. Plus, did you know that most turkeys you buy in the store are already injected with a tenderizer solution? Make the most out of your bird by brining it before-hand. Use a simple brine solution of equal parts salt and sugar and as much water as needed to cover, or get creative with this recipe.

Payment: we will send your remaining balance after we process the birds and receive final weights. Total will be $5.00/lb minus your deposit.
Prior to Processing: we will contact you to confirm your requested weight, whether you'd like your bird fresh or frozen, and whether you'd like organs included.
Pickups: Saturday (11/21) On-farm (10 a.m.-2 p.m.); Sunday (11/22)– Birmingham (11-11:30 am), Farmington (12:15-1 pm), Howell (1:45-2:15 pm), East Lansing (12-12:30 pm), On-farm (11 a.m.-3 p.m.)
We will contact you the week prior to pickup to confirm your location and size request.
For thawing, please allow 24 hours per 5 lbs if in the fridge, and 1/2 hour per lb if thawing in a cold water bath.
We will do our absolute best to get you a bird as close to your pound requirement as possible, but due to individual differences in birds we can not guarantee an exact weight.
